NEW COLD-1 Colors… Shades of Summer

It’s officially summer! Be sure you stay cool and hydrated no matter where you are or what you’re up to.

Hydration “How To”

According to The CDC¹ you should hydrate before, during, and after exercise.
Make sure to stay hydrated during the summer to avoid heat stroke, here² are some ways to do so during the day.

  • Keep a water bottle within arm’s reach-it’s a physical reminder to drink even if you’re not thirsty.
  • When feeling frazzled or sluggish, drink cold water. It’s the healthiest way to get out of a slump.
  • Eat a diet rich with vegetables, fruits, and yogurt.

What better way to stay hydrated – and look cool doing it – than with a COLD-1 Tumbler from Reduce™ ? Pick a color that’s just right for your mood or your personality.

Celebrate the “shades of summer” with a 24 oz. or 34 oz. tumbler in three ombre shades- pink, blue,  and green. Use the Reduce Everyday promo code for 20% off your order!

“Bottled Water: A Thing of the Past”

The world is an ever changing place, and these changes can be both positive and negative. While we are fortunate to enjoy Mother Nature, the overuse of plastic water bottles remains detrimental to our Earth. Each small step toward a healthier world is a step in the right direction.

Let’s look at the facts. On average, a person may drink up to 167 plastic water bottles per year, only recycling approximately 38 of them and spending at least $1,400 annually (Source: www.BantheBottle.net).

With reusable water bottles, people can start reducing the amount of waste and minimizing the daily cost of production and consumption – all for $10-20 per bottle (the average approximate cost of an everyday water bottle).

Just think – there are almost 8 billion people in the world who spend an average of $1,000 per year on plastic water bottles. If everyone across the globe took the time to reduce water bottle usage, think of the money – and environmental resources – we could collectively save.

So the question is: Are you ready to start reducing waste every day?

Begin with a durable, stylish reusable water bottle you can enjoy whether you’re at home, in the car, at work or outdoors. There are lots of options to choose from – pick one.
